e-brakes have a tendency to wobble up and down when installed, don't worry about it. they work great, not sure about the stock pads though. best of luck with them

No worries Bro. Glad they're working out for you. If the brakes don't spring back as hard as you want, then turn those caps even more 

looks like he just moved it for more room or a more comfortable reach, nice bike btw.
